株式会社ライブ・ビューイング・ジャパン（以下「当社」といいます）が主催する「HYDE バースデーメッセージ企画」（以下「本企画」といいます）に応募される方（以下「応募者」といいます）は、以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）をよくお読みいただき、同意の上でご応募ください。 本フォームへの投稿をもって、応募者は本規約のすべてに同意したものとみなします。

第1条（企画の概要・募集期間）
1. 本企画は、2026年1月29日（木）開催「HYDE Orchestra Tour 2026 JEKYLL」ライブ・ビューイングもしくは全世界配信のチケットを購入された方を対象とした施策となり、参加者から、HYDEへのバースデーメッセージを募集するものです。
2. 募集期間は、2026年1月29日（木）19:00 までとします。期間を過ぎてからの送信はいかなる場合も受け付けられません。

第2条（応募条件・投稿仕様）
1. メッセージの文字数は、全角・半角問わず120文字以内とします。制限文字数を超える内容は、予告なく編集または削除される場合があります。
2. 応募はお一人様につき一回限りとさせていただきます。

第3条（応募資格）
1．本企画への応募資格は、以下の条件をすべて満たす方に限定されます。
2．2026年1月29日（木）開催「HYDE Orchestra Tour 2026 JEKYLL」ライブ・ビューイングもしくは全世界配信のチケットを購入された方を対象とした施策となります。
3. 本規約および当社のプライバシーポリシーに同意いただける方。

第4条（投稿内容の取扱いおよび権利の帰属）
1. 応募いただいたメッセージ、ニックネーム等の投稿データ（以下「投稿データ」といいます）の著作権（著作権法第27条および第28条の権利を含む）は、投稿時点で当社に無償で譲渡され又本企画のためにあらゆる利用を許諾したものとして扱われます。
2. 応募者は、投稿データについて、当社および当社が指定する第三者に対し、著作者人格権を行使しないものとします。
3. 当社は、投稿データをアーティスト本人への提供、会場スクリーンでの上映、WebサイトやSNSでの公開等の目的で利用、改変（編集、抜粋等）できるものとします。

第5条（禁止事項）
1. 応募に際し、以下の行為を固く禁止します。該当する行為が確認された場合、投稿の削除・不採用のみならず、本企画自体を中止する場合があります。
2. 本企画の応募フォームURL、QRコード等のアクセス情報を、第三者へ教示、譲渡、または拡散する行為（SNS、掲示板、ブログ等への投稿を含む）。
3. 本サイトの画面（スクリーンショットを含む）、画像、テキスト、デザイン等を無断で複製、転載、再配布する行為。
4. お一人様で複数回応募する行為（システムエラー等による重複送信を除く意図的な連続投稿）。
5. 第三者の権利を侵害する行為、誹謗中傷、性的、わいせつ的、暴力的、侮辱的、差別的な言動により不快の念を抱かせる行為、公序良俗に反する内容を含む行為。
6. 虚偽の情報や、他人になりすましての投稿。
7. 特定の個人（投稿するメンバー本人を含みます。）を識別することができる情報を投稿する行為
8. コンピューターウイルスや有害なプログラムを侵入させる行為
9. その他、当社が本企画の趣旨にそぐわないと判断した行為。

第6条（システムおよび免責事項）
1. 応募いただいた全てのメッセージが、必ずしもアーティスト本人へ届けられる、または公開されることを保証するものではありません。
2. 募集締め切り直前等はアクセスが集中し、Webフォームに繋がりにくい場合や、送信処理が正常に完了しない場合があります。
3. アクセス集中や通信環境の影響により正常にメッセージが送信できなかった場合、当社は責任を負いかねます。送信エラーとなった場合は、必ず上記の募集期間内に、応募者ご自身の責任において再度送信手続きを行ってください。
4. 期間終了後の再送や救済措置には一切応じられませんので、時間に余裕をもってご応募ください。
5. 本規約の英語版が作成される場合、それはあくまでも参考訳として作成されます。日本語版と英語版の間に矛盾がある場合には、日本語版が優先します。また、当社が本規約の英語版を作成した事実が、本企画についての他の文章・書類等の英語版を作成することを意味又は示唆するものではありません。

第7条（個人情報の取り扱い）
1. 応募時に入力いただいた個人情報は、本企画の運営のためにのみ利用し、当社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき適切に管理いたします。
2. 当サイトでは、Googleによるアクセス解析ツール「Googleアナリティクス」を使用しています。このGoogleアナリティクスはデータの収集のためにCookieを使用しています。このデータは匿名で収集されており、個人を特定するものではありません。
この機能はCookieを無効にすることで収集を拒否することができますので、お使いのブラウザの設定をご確認ください。この規約に関しての詳細はGoogleアナリティクスサービス利用規約のページやGoogleポリシーと規約ページをご覧ください。

第8条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の解釈は日本国法に準拠し、本企画に関わる紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Any person applying for the “HYDE Birthday Message Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) organized by Live Viewing Japan Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) (hereinafter referred to as an “Applicant”) is requested to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as these “Terms”) and to apply only after agreeing thereto. By submission through this form, the Applicant shall be deemed to have agreed to all of these Terms.

Article 1 (Overview of the Campaign and Application Period)
1. The Campaign is a promotion conducted for individuals who have purchased tickets for the live viewing or worldwide streaming of “HYDE Orchestra Tour 2026 JEKYLL,” to be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, and involves soliciting birthday messages to HYDE from participants.
2. The submission period shall end at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026. Submissions sent after the end of the period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Article 2 (Application Requirements and Submission Specifications)
1. Messages must be no more than 120 characters in length, regardless of whether full-width or half-width characters are used. Any content exceeding the character limit may be edited or deleted without prior notice.
2. Each person may submit only one application.

Article 3 (Eligibility for Application)
1． Eligibility to apply for the Campaign shall be limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions.
2． The Campaign is open only to individuals who have purchased tickets for the live viewing or worldwide streaming of “HYDE Orchestra Tour 2026 JEKYLL,” to be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
3． Individuals who agree to these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Handling of Submitted Content and Ownership of Rights)
1. The copyright in submitted data, such as the messages and nicknames (hereinafter referred to as the “Submission Data”), including the rights set forth in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act, shall be assigned to the Company without compensation at the time of submission, and the Submission Data shall be deemed to have been licensed to the Company for any and all uses for the purposes of the Campaign.
2. The Applicant shall not exercise any moral rights of authors with respect to the Submission Data against the Company or any third party designated by the Company.
3. The Company may use and modify (including editing and excerpting) the Submission Data for purposes including providing the Submission Data to the artist, displaying it on venue screens, and publishing it on websites and social media platforms.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
1. In connection with applications, the following acts are strictly prohibited. If any such act is confirmed, the Company may not only delete or reject the relevant submission but may also cancel the Campaign itself.
2. Acts of disclosing, transferring, or disseminating access information such as the URL or QR code of the Campaign application form to third parties (including posting on social media platforms, bulletin boards, blogs, or similar media).
3. Acts of reproducing, reposting, or redistributing the screens of this website (including screenshots), images, text, designs, or similar content without authorization.
4. Acts of submitting multiple applications by the same individual (intentional repeated submissions, excluding duplicate submissions caused by system errors or similar issues).
5. Acts that infringe upon the rights of third parties, as well as acts that cause discomfort through defamatory, slanderous, sexual, obscene, violent, abusive, or discriminatory statements or conduct, or that include content contrary to public order and morals.
6. Submissions containing false information or submissions made by impersonating another person.
7. Acts of posting information that can identify a specific individual (including the member submitting the application).
8. Acts of introducing computer viruses or harmful programs.
9. Any other acts that the Company deems inconsistent with the purpose of the Campaign.

Article 6 (System Matters and Disclaimers)
1. The Company does not guarantee that all messages submitted will necessarily be delivered to the artist or made publicly available.
2. Access may become congested at times, such as immediately prior to the submission deadline, and there may be instances in which the web form is difficult to access or submission processing does not complete successfully.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to submit messages properly due to access congestion or the effects of the communication environment. In the event of a submission error, Applicants must resubmit the application at their own responsibility within the submission period specified above.
4. No resubmissions or remedial measures will be accepted after the end of the period; therefore, Applicants are requested to submit their applications well in advance of the deadline.
5. If an English version of these Terms is prepared, it shall be created solely as a reference translation. In the event of any inconsistency between the Japanese version and the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail. Furthermore, the fact that the Company has prepared an English version of these Terms shall not mean or imply that the Company will prepare English versions of any other statements, documents, or materials relating to the Campaign.

Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
1. Personal information entered at the time of application will be used solely for the operation of the Campaign and will be properly managed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
2. This website uses Google’s access analysis tool, “Google Analytics.” Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data. Such data are collected anonymously and do not identify individuals. You may refuse the collection by disabling cookies; please check your browser settings. For further details regarding these terms, please refer to the Google Analytics Terms of Service page and the Google Policies and Terms page.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any disputes in connection with the Campaign.
